If you are reporting a bug, including the palette URL or the exact hex codes involved will usually let us reproduce it immediately.
API and high-volume use
The public Colors API is free and needs no key. If you expect to exceed the published rate limit, email us with a rough estimate of your volume and we will make sure nothing gets throttled unexpectedly.
