You may not use automated means to place load on the service beyond the published rate limits, attempt to circumvent those limits, or use the generator to produce material that is unlawful.

Colours and combinations of colours are not subject to copyright, and we make no ownership claim over any palette generated here. You are free to use, modify and redistribute them.

Palettes you generate may appear in the public collections on this site if they pass the quality filter. If you would prefer a specific palette removed, email us and we will take it down.

The service is provided without warranty of any kind. Contrast figures are calculated according to the WCAG 2.1 formula and are accurate, but they do not constitute a legal accessibility audit and should not be relied on as one.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected in the date shown at the top of this page, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
